New Editor-in-Chief for Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie

Anja Göritz, Freiburg, Germany, took over the position of Editor-in-Chief for the journal Zeitschrift für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie:
"Zeitschrift für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie (ZAO) is the most renowned scientific journal in work and organizational psychology in the German-speaking world. Researchers and practitioners trust the findings and insights published in the journal. ZAO is changing with the times and broadening its scope by including a larger share of English-language articles, as indicated by the journal's new English subtitle, 'German Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology.' ZAO's roots and mission, however, will not change with its internationalization, namely to be the most authoritative outlet of I&O research conducted in Germany. The future will bring more breadth also with regard to content, as market and consumer psychological research will be represented more strongly. As new Editor-in-Chief with the support of the Editorial and Advisory Boards, I look forward to accompanying ZAO on its journey between tradition and innovation.”
